The Preserve

The Preserve is located north of Waldon Rd. and west of Baldwin Road, a few miles north of I-75 at exit 84.  As the deer watch you drive the long and winding Shadow Creek Drive from Waldon Road, you will be taken right up to Lake Haslo, a small man-made lake on which you’ll occasionally see a paddle boat in the summer and kids playing hockey in the winter.  On the right is the community clubhouse, where residents can enjoy the swimming pool in the summer, play tennis, or watch the kids enjoy the playground.  Paved trails leading up to Lake Haslo are popular with walkers and bikers.

The Preserve is a development with sidewalks built in the late 1990’s.  You will find a mix of colonial and ranch style homes suited for every taste in the subdivision.  The excellent location close to the I-75 expressway and shopping make it a prime piece of Lake Orion real estate.  Great Lakes Crossing is only a five minute drive away, while one can walk to the numerous stores in the Kroger plaza located just minutes away.
